Pocket Statistics on Culture in Switzerland
This week the Federal Office of Culture (FOC) published the "Pocket Statistics on Culture in Switzerland". Like last year, this is a special Covid-19 edition that aims to reflect the multiple effects of the Covid-19 crisis on the cultural sector.
Among other things, the "Pocket Statistics" illustrates the challenges facing the cultural sector that have become increasingly apparent over the past two years, as well as the profound changes that the music sector is currently undergoing. It also contains figures on the important support measures that the federal government has provided to the cultural sector during the pandemic.

Letztes Jahr hat SONART Empfehlungen zu den Honoraren von Künstler*innen publiziert. PETZI hatte in einem Argumentarium zu diesen Empfehlungen Stellung bezogen und hervorgehoben, dass vor der Einführung verbindlicher Vorgaben die tatsächliche Ausgangslage erfasst und die finanzielle Verantwortung sowie Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten geklärt werden müssen. Nun veröffentlicht SONART eine Präzisierung bezüglich der Anwendung der Honorarempfehlungen.
