ZW-CONCERT ZULU / Pr1nc1p3ss4
We’ve been wanting to invite Zulu to play at ZW for quite some time now. The French-Cameroonian artist has become an important figure within the underground producers scene; his music brings together electronic production, cloud and mumble rap, with traces of trip-hop and experimental pop. More than a collage of styles, Zulu crafts a cathartic & often melancholic sound as he opens an introspective breach at the heart of a dark club lit by pulsing lights, somewhere between the reminiscence of a lost world and the determination to create one of his own.
Following his intimate EP Scar (2025, Deardogs) and two acclaimed projects, Smart & Loyal (2022) and Hear the Sound of My Feet (2023), Zulu returns with a new EP on Deardogs, set for release in September 2026.

Pr1nc1p3ss4
pr1nc1p3ss4 is the music alias of artist and photographer Binta Kopp. She has a keen sense for creating soundscapes that range from drone, ambient, bass, and trap; based on autotuned vocals; guitars; piano; and rhythmic fragments. Her productions and sets usually follow a playful yet sophisticated dynamic, offering a delightful mix that reflects her broad knowledge and interest in various music genres, as well as her sensitivity to dynamics and shifts. From the far experimental to sweet pop tunes, anything is possible. At the beginning of 2026 pr1nc1p3ss4 self-released her debut album my little pøny, and there is new music in the pipeline to be released within the coming months.
