Victor Ezcurdia is one of the best known and respected DJ ́s in the electronic musicscene in Mexico and is now consolidating a very important name worldwide. With countless shows outside of his country, Vazik has broken frontiers with his music and sets. From Berlin to Sao Paulo, from Ibiza to San Francisco, his name has reached all kinds of clubs and festivals. On 2003 and 2011 he was recognized as the “Best DJ of the Year” in Mexico. On 2012 he and 2017 he was recognized as “Best Techno DJ of the Year” in Mexico too. He is the man behind the loved record label Sounds of Earth, a label that has signed artists like Matador, Khainz, Lampé, Dubspeeka, D-Formation, Circle of Life, Florian Meindl, etc. With outstanding releases on labels like Alula Tunes, Subios Records, AlpaKa Muzik, Techgnosis Records, Jannowitz Records, Phobos Records, ICONYC, Sprout, Flash Recordings, Sprout, Flow Records, and many many more. Vazik has developed a unique style; a dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly rocks any kind of club or open-air festival. Vazik has become a favorite in acclaimed clubs like Sisyphos or Golden Gate in Berlin. Outstanding shows at Fusion Festival, Boom Festival or Universo Parallelo are under his belt. He has shared the stages with Top DJs and artists from all over the globe since years. Her style, a potent blend of techno and progressive, reflects a refined sensitivity shaped by over a decade of
steady, authentic work. Born in Querétaro and based in Mexico City, Luz has brought her sound to iconic clubs like Sisyphos, Golden Gate, and Birgit in Berlin, and to major festivals such as Fusion (Germany), Tribal Gathering (Panama), EDC, Radiance, and Ometeotl. In 2020, her No Borders EP released on Sounds of Earth reached the Top 10 on Beatport’s Techno Peak Time chart, making her the first Mexican woman to achieve this ranking.

Trained as an audio engineer, she was the face of Pioneer DJ in Mexico for two years. She has shared the stage with artists such as Victor Ruiz, Oliver
Huntemann, Patrice Bäumel, Max Cooper, D-Nox, and Khainz. But her presence goes beyond the stage,her music has also been played by artists like James Zabiela, and even featured at legendary festivals like Boom Festival, where DJ Pena played her track Chances. In 2025, she released her first remix for Vazik’s iconic track Proceso Cerebral, marking a new phase in her sound,more focused, personal, and unmistakably her own. Beyond the decks and the studio, Luz is a driving force in the Mexican electronic scene. She plays a key creative role in Sounds of Earth, contributing to the concept, curation, and execution of events like Social Therapy and Radiance Festival. Her music doesn’t chase trends—it carves out its own language, where groove meets intention and every track tells a story.
