Cosmic is our take on concerts aiming to fuse live bands or live acts with DJ sets, merging a classical concert setting with the fluidity of a ravey. Long enough the dark ruled space, cosmic lights will shine again!
Cosmic #9 knocking on the doors of our eardrums with sonic knockers by Tiavonah, Chahida Rezgueni & Angelo Repetto, Celine, Gurl and kashev tapes.
Tiavonah will open the night in BR with a selection of her favorite songs followed by a concert by Chahida Rezgueni & Angelo Repetto. Attentive readers of our programm might have noticed, they meant to play last year but never did and we are more then happy to finally make it happen!
Likewise, we have been trying to invite Gurl from Brussels for a long time. Whilst on a permanent mission to explore sonic landscapes, Gurl constructs mixes like constellations, bringing together various styles and genres to create a unique microcosm every time she takes to the decks.
Céline is a DJ and co-founder of the collective "Distressed Public". Various influences and artists of the Zurich club or international producers have shaped the style of the 25-year-old. In the beginning, her sets were mainly dedicated to hip hop and R&B, today she plays different styles together - never forgetting the local reference.
And another long awaited return: kashev tapes, a DIT disorganization and a friendship network in Zureich, will lit up BR with ambient and experimental DJ sets to drop in and zone out.

As a passionate record collector, the Luxembourg native now settled in Brussels has fine-tuned a hypersensitive approach to electronic music, ranging from ambient to dance music. Every set translates into a cosmic journey where the listeners are encouraged to dance and dream, to remember, and to forget in a collective effort to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
