«Dark Patterns» auf Schweizer Ticketvorverkaufsplattformen
Die Stiftung für Konsumentenschutz hat mehrere Schweizer Ticketvorverkaufsplattformen auf sogenannte «Dark Patterns» untersucht – auch PETZI war Teil der Analyse. Als einzige der fünf geprüften Plattformen animiert PETZI nicht zum Kauf von Zusatzleistungen wie Ticketversicherungen. Dennoch kritisiert die Stiftung zwei Punkte: den 15-minütigen Warenkorb-Countdown sowie die Pflicht zur Accounterstellung beim Online-Ticketkauf.
