Auf die Frage wie sie ihre Musik beschreiben würden, antwortet die Band: Trip-Hop-inspirierter, Jazz-beeinflusster, Synthesizer-unterlegter hybrid-pop -und all diese Konzepte sind spürbar und hörbar, wenn Mensch in den alpha-Sound eintaucht.
Mit ihrer delikaten Mischung aus lyrischem, intimem Storytelling - gepaart mit kantigen elektronischen Sounds und Beats, erschaffen alpha-ray einen einzigartigen, musikalischen Kosmos.

Poetic snapshots of everyday-life and decay.
When asked to describe their music, the band chose: trip-hop-inspired, jazz-infused, synthesizer-backed, hybrid-pop -and all these concepts are perceptible and audible when immersing into the alpha-sound. Their delicate mix of poetic and intimate storytelling - paired with edgy, electronic sounds and beats, creates a unique cosmos, to be experienced live and on the releases “Times of Doubt” (2022) and “The Glasshouse” (2024).
