ILLUMISHADE (CH)
Formé en 2019 à Zurich, Illumishade a rapidement gravi les échelons et fait sa place dans le monde du métal. Il faut dire que le groupe propose un projet convaincant rythmé par des percussions intenses et des riffs de guitare percutants. La voix mélodieuse - celle de la fondatrice Fabienne Erni - sait parfaitement s’envoler sur des refrains captivants.

Formed in 2019 in Zurich, Illumishade have quickly climbed the ranks and made their mark in the world of metal. The band offers a convincing project punctuated by intense percussion and hard-hitting guitar riffs. The melodious vocals - those of founder Fabienne Erni - are perfectly suited to soaring choruses.

Un métal symphonique poignant qui prend aux tripes, bienvenue chez Ad Infinitum. Porté par la chanteuse Melissa Bonny, le groupe sort son premier album en 2020. Malgré tout, le mot se passe et le quatuor commence à enchaîner les scènes dès que les lives reprennent. Une success story qui n’est pas prête de s’arrêter.

Folk, gothique, symphonique, électro, le tout se mélange aisément. Côté textes, même constat : légendes et mythes côtoient notre quotidien pour un résultat universel.

Voice Of Ruin navigue dans ses paroles entre fictions et réalités, entre passé torturé et futur sombre imaginé. C’est donc en toute logique qu’une certaine intensité se dégage de la voix et des instrus. Le ton est grave, parfois apeurant, souvent exaltant. En live, le groupe nyonnais nous régalera de son savoir-faire, lui qui tourne depuis 2008.

Voice Of Ruin's lyrics navigate between fiction and reality, between a tortured past and a dark imagined future.
