This exchange offers a space to share experiences and practices in dealing with cancellations, outcalls, blacklisting and the associated internal processes.

Together, we want to discuss how challenges such as cancellations, outcalls and blacklisting can be dealt with professionally and sustainably: What securities are possible, how can information flow more efficiently, what needs and assurances are essential, and which communication channels have proven themselves?

The aim is to learn from each other, gain insights into different ways of working and develop new ways in which these often time-consuming processes can be better managed.
