More than happy to finally have the great HORROR VACUI at Horst! Dance into the dark!
Formed in Bologna/Italy in 2011, Horror Vacui blends early ’80s goth with post-punk in a horror-tinged sound. Their name reflects a signature style built on tight, guitar-driven songs, sing-along hooks and vocal lines many of which have become modern goth anthems as for “In Darkness You Will Feel Alright”.
Fans of Sisters of Mercy, Christian Death, Killing Joke or the darkest Depeche Mode will find familiar ground, but their catalog reaches far beyond nostalgia..Their lyrics explore identity, darkness, society and the human psyche with a raw, punk-rooted urgency that also defines their live presence and political ethos.
