Driven by a shared commitment to live music culture, the PETZI team – a committed group of employees and volunteers – works to strengthen the recognition and support of non-profit music venues and festivals across Switzerland.

PETZI is run by a small group of dedicated part-time staff members who manage the daily business and operational tasks, while also contributing to the association’s strategic direction and thematic priorities – all to ensure its smooth and effective functioning.

    Mathias Bieri

    Accountant

    Mathias Bieri handles all of PETZI’s accounting. He keeps track of our expenses and processes both our invoices and salaries – and has been doing so since 2012. He is currently PETZI’s longest-serving employee.

    Anina Derungs

    Communication manager

    Anina Derungs is in charge of PETZI’s communication, particularly on social media and the website. In addition to writing content, she is responsible for the organisation and coordination of various communication projects. She is supported by the communication workgroup, composed of people working in different areas of PETZI.

    Fabian Mösch

    Project manager

    As project manager, Fabian Mösch organises training sessions, networking events and exchange meetings for PETZI members. He also organises and coordinates various projects in collaboration with the coordinators and the communications officer.

    Virginie Lanz

    Front-end developer

    Virginie Lanz is a front-end developer at PETZI. This means she takes care of the design of our website and develops new features for it. In addition to her work with the ticketing team, she is also part of the communication workgroup.

    Loïc Stankovic

    Software developer

    As a software developer, Loïc Stankovic codes new features and fixes bugs on the PETZI website. He is also responsible for our IT and supports PETZI staff with tech-related questions and issues.

    Sylvain Fankhauser

    Back-end web developer

    Sylvain Fankhauser combines his passion for websites and the night life by developing new features on our website and on the PeliScan app, fixing bugs, optimizing code, and helping out with user support. He also loves tinkering with packaging and server administration, especially with Nix.

    Johannes Hofmann

    Support collaborator

    As part of PETZI’s first-level support team, Johannes Hofmann is the first point of contact for questions from customers, members, and partners – and the PETZI team itself. He monitors incoming tickets, responds directly when possible, and redirects them efficiently when needed, ensuring our support stays smooth, responsive, and human. In addition to this, Johannes also provides administrative support and helps manage and distribute PeliScans.

    Anya della Croce

    Romandie coordinator

    Our Romandie coordinator Anya della Croce is the main point of contact for our club and festival members in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. She promotes exchange with and among them and represents their interests. She is also involved in different committees and commissions in the cultural field. In addition, she handles administrative matters within and around PETZI, is actively involved in the European network Live DMA, and contributes to PETZI’s efforts in national cultural and political advocacy as well as our communication workgroup.

    Diego Dahinden

    Swiss-German coordinator

    As Swiss-German coordinator, Diego Dahinden focuses on the needs of our club and festival members from the German-speaking region, Graubünden, and Ticino. He promotes exchange with and among them and represents their interests. He is also responsible for administrative matters within and around PETZI and is particularly active in national cultural and political advocacy. Diego represents PETZI in the core group of the Taskforce Culture and serves on the board of the Swiss Music Council.

    Vincent Gross

    Ticketing coordinator & product owner

    As coordinator and product owner of the PETZI ticketing service, Vincent Gross serves as the link between PETZI members and our development and support team, ensuring that the PETZI ticketing system runs reliably and meets our members’ needs. He also facilitates communication between the technical team and external partners, the association activities team, and points of sale, helping align all stakeholders around a common product vision.

    Eric Rüeger

    Support collaborator

    As part of PETZI’s first-level support team, Eric Rüeger is the first point of contact for questions from customers, members, and partners – and the PETZI team itself! He monitors incoming tickets, responds directly when possible, and redirects them efficiently when needed – keeping our support smooth, responsive, and human. PETZI’s first-level support runs seven days a week, and thanks to Eric’s contribution, our users always get timely help and internal workflows stay on track.


Volunteers

PETZI relies on a large and committed network of volunteers who play an essential role in the association’s work and support the staff. They contribute their time and expertise through participation in various committees and working groups – PETZI simply couldn’t function without them.

    Volunteer

    As the strategic lead of the PETZI ticketing service, Sophie Delalay acts as a link between the national committee and our ticketing service. In addition to her volunteer work at PETZI, she works as a teacher.

    Yves Mermoud

    Volunteer

    As a member of the national committee, Yves Mermoud is involved in shaping the strategic direction of the association. He participates in national-level decision-making and helps define PETZI’s long-term goals. Yves also volunteers in PETZI’s statistics working group, which aims to quantify the contribution of PETZI members to society and to understand and anticipate challenges in the live music sector. Alongside his volunteer work for PETZI, he works as a research scientist in the field of nano- and microtechnology.

    Pascal Berger, as a member of the Swiss-German regional committee, represents clubs and festivals from German-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both the regional and national level. He also represents the regional committee within the national committee and is PETZI’s internal expert for SUISA-related topics.

    Pascal Etzensperger, as a member of the Swiss-German regional committee, represents clubs and festivals from German-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both the regional and national level. Alongside his volunteer work for PETZI, he is also active at the PETZI members Festival des Arcs and Royal Baden.

    As a member of the Swiss-German regional committee, Daniel Kissling represents clubs and festivals from German-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both the regional and national level. He also works at our member KIFF Aarau.

    Jessica Gafner, as a member of the Romandie regional committee, represents clubs and festivals from French-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both regional and national levels. Outside of PETZI, she works at our member SAS in Delémont.

    Franca Mock, as a member of the Swiss-German regional committee, represents clubs and festivals from German-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both the regional and national level. In addition to her volunteer work for PETZI, she works at our members Palace and Rapid Openair.

    As a member of the Swiss-German regional committee, Andreas Wigger represents clubs and festivals from German-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both the regional and national level. He works at our members Stimmen Festival Ettiswil and Kulturwerk 118 as well as at Musikbüro Luzern and Kulturhaus Fruchthof.

    As a member of the Romandie regional committee, Chloé Cardinaux represents clubs and festivals from French-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both regional and national levels. In addition to her work with PETZI, she is responsible for production at our member festival Nox Orae.

    Matthieu Vouga

    Volunteer

    Matthieu Vouga, as a member of the Romandie regional committee, represents clubs and festivals from French-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both regional and national levels. He is also responsible for PETZI’s finances. In addition, he has been working at our member venue Case à Chocs as an administrator since 2005. Matthieu is also involved in several festivals, including Festi’neuch, Spiegelberg, Hautes Fréquences, Francomanias, NIFFF, and more.

    Volunteer

    As a member of the Ticketing workgroup, Titouan Mesot actively contributes to ensuring that the PETZI Ticketing Service, our online agenda, and our website run smoothly and stay up to date. He mainly supports the team by prototyping new features and testing them.

    Volunteer

    As a member of the Ticketing workgroup, Martin Rollet actively contributes to ensuring that the PETZI Ticketing Service, our online agenda, and our website run smoothly and stay up to date. Outside of PETZI, he is pursuing a master's degree in robotics at EPFL and is part of the committee of Satellite, a PETZI member. He also has extensive experience working as a lighting technician for concerts, theatres, and festivals.

    As a member of the Ticketing workgroup, Stephen Tallowitz actively contributes to ensuring that the PETZI Ticketing Service, our online agenda, and our website run smoothly and stay up to date.

    As a member of the Ticketing workgroup, Johnatan Naly actively contributes to ensuring that the PETZI Ticketing Service, our online agenda, and our website run smoothly and stay up to date. He is also involved on a strategic level, helping to shape the service roadmap in line with the evolving needs of our members.

    As a member of the national committee, Oliver Dredge is involved in shaping the strategic direction of the association. He participates in national-level decision-making and helps define PETZI’s long-term goals. Within PETZI, he is active in different working groups focused on national politics and advocacy. Outside of PETZI, Oliver works as an independent cultural manager and consultant, serving, among others, as managing director of the Musig i de Altstadt Festival in Aarau and co-president of the Aargauischer Kulturverband.

    As a member of the national committee, Lotta Widmer is involved in shaping the strategic direction of the association. She participates in national-level decision-making and helps define PETZI’s long-term goals. Within PETZI, she is particularly active in the field of sustainability. Outside of PETZI, she is Co-Managing Director of our member Winterthurer Musikfestwochen and a board member of Salzhaus.

    Léa Kissling

    Volunteer

    As a member of the Ticketing workgroup, Léa Kissling developed the algorithm used in the PETZI concert recommendation newsletter. She also supports the development team by raising key questions that help identify solutions and set priorities. In addition to her volunteer work with PETZI, she teaches mathematics at the secondary level and is an active member of a teachers’ union.

    Milena Quattrocchi

    Volunteer

    Milena Quattrocchi is a graphic designer and visual artist who contributes her expertise to both the ticketing and communication workgroups. In addition to her volunteer involvement in design-related projects, she holds a graphic design mandate with PETZI. Milena developed PETZI’s brand universe and serves as our primary contact for all design matters. She is also responsible for translating the entire website into Italian.

    Maï Kolly, as a member of the Romandie regional committee, represents clubs and festivals from French-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both regional and national levels. In addition to her volunteer work with PETZI, she works at our members Usine à Gaz and Label Suisse.

    Diane Delallée

    Volunteer

    As a member of the national committee, Diane Delallée is involved in shaping the strategic direction of the association. She participates in national-level decision-making and helps define PETZI’s long-term goals. Alongside her volunteer work with PETZI, Diane volunteered at Le Romandie in Lausanne for eight years, contributing in IT and serving as president. She currently works as a backend developer at QoQa.

    Volunteer

    Simone Bernardoni, as a member of the national committee, is involved in defining the strategic direction of the association. He participates in national-level decision-making and helps define PETZI’s long-term goals. Outside of PETZI, Simone is responsible for booking, production, and fundraising at Facciamo la Corte!, a festival held yearly near Lugano. He is also active in the Fresh Festival in Lugano, where he focuses on fundraising. As a musician, he is involved in various projects. In addition, he teaches Italian and English at a high school in Zurich.

    As a member of the Swiss-German regional committee, Yvonne Dünki represents clubs and festivals from German-speaking Switzerland and follows developments at both the regional and national level. In addition to her volunteer work at PETZI, she serves on the board of our member Gaswerk Winterthur, works for a foundation, and runs her own company, fyld gmbh.

    As a member of the national committee, Dorra Sayari is involved in shaping the strategic direction of the association. She participates in national-level decision-making and helps define PETZI’s long-term goals. With a background that bridges law, activism, and the arts, she brings a unique perspective rooted in intersectional feminist and anti-racist approaches. Alongside her volunteer work at PETZI, Dorra is active as both a DJ and as a lawyer specialized in international law and human rights.

    President

    As president of PETZI and member of the national committee, Rana Bassil plays a key role in shaping PETZI's strategic direction and human resources. She chairs the national committee and acts as a key link between the committee and the coordination. She represents PETZI at the European level as a board member of Live DMA. In addition to her voluntary work with PETZI, she works for our member Nouveau Monde and serves on the board of Belluard Bollwerk.
